Francesco Arnone is a Hall of Fame martial artist and award-winning science of movement professor. He created Full Focus, a self-cultivation program with an accompanying selection of instructional short stories. Arnone has published numerous articles for the Italian publications Banzai, Samurai, and Canidapresa.
